What paper work do I need for tourist entry into Thailand as an Australian citizen?

Im travelling to Thailand in October, and I understand that Australian citizens are exempt from visa's if they are there for tourism purposes and arent staying longer than 30 days. I fit both of these categories, so I just need to know what paper work I need to have with me. I already know I need a passport & return airline tickets, but do I need anything like additional photos, proof of funds etc. etc. etc.? Any info would be great. EDIT: Adobeprincess, Ive been keeping a close eye on the situation in Thailand for a while now, and Im sure it's not dangerous. The violence and bombings have been occuring only in the deep souther provinces near the Malaysian border, and I wont be going there anyway. As for the coup, it's been bloodless so far, and I really doubt it'll turn violent, especially when those in charge are Royal Supporters.

1. No, you don't need anything other than your passport, ticket and the address of the hotel you are staying at. The flight attendants will give you all the other forms you need to fill out during your flight (there's only like 2). They then check the forms at passport control, then stamp your passport and that's it. Have a good trip :-)
2. You might want to keep an eye on the political situation over the next few weeks before you go. After today's events things are a little uncertain there. They might sort themselves out peacefully, but they might not. I couldn't answer your actual question because the new government might change things, but you'll obviously need a passport.
3. There is no probelem with entering Thailand. You don't need anything except your passport, and fill in a short form. However, there is a problem with the airlines. It's quite likely they will not let you board unless you have a visa. Check with the airline, but I would expect that to be their answer. You can easily get a two month tourist visa from and Thai Embassy or Consulate, by post usually. You'll need youir passport, some photos, and the money.
4. Australia is a pretty nice and safe place. I am in America. Do you really want to go to a place where it is being bombed right now? Can you think of another place to visit like NZ or somewhere else that is safer? What about Japan?
