im filipina working in Thailand with work permit.do i need to get visa to enter Guam?

i am filipina working in thailand,i have my work permit.I am planning to go in Guam to see the island and visit my boyfriend. Do i need to go to US embssy here in Bangkok to get a visa? or shall i buy a tiket directly so I can fly as soon as possible?

1. yes if you are going to visit you must get a visit permit yes you go to US embssy you cannot go to US if you dont have VISA
